The signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding which formally established a partnership between the Cultural Heritage Alliance (CHA) at the University of Central Florida (UCF), the Center for Community Arts and Cultural Policy (CCACP) at the University of Oregon (UO), and the Folk Art Institute (FAI) at Shandong University of Art and Design (SUAD) in Jinan.
