Our Connection to the 2008 Olympics

ChinaVine’s mission is to educate English speaking children, youth, and adults about the material and intangible culture of China. The primary means though which the mission is achieved is through this interactive website.

Associated with this mission is to serve the interests of those people attending or following the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and who also want to learn more about China's cultural traditions. The official 2008 Beijing Olympic mascots are inspired by this cultural heritage.
